Named for the sacred river Vilcanota, where with every step and every village you can find traces of the magnificent Inca constructions like: Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Chinchero, Moray and the salt mines of Maras as well as the Urubamba towns and others that offer history and natural beauty to each visitor passing through these places, located between 3300-2900 m approx.

A place where one has the opportunity to be in direct contact with nature, the flora and fauna, taking walks day and night, and enjoying the tranquility of the place in exclusive and relaxing locations. Here you can also find organised programs for environmental research full of information.

The highest lake in the world between 3800 and 4000 m approximately, with its breathtaking beauty and landscape, offering access to legendary towns like Uros Island, built with a special technique and material native to the region (reeds), Amantani and Taquile islands with unique customs and traditions which can still be seen today along with its peculiar and very tidy social organization for textiles.
